Tablebelt is operated by Kyle Redelinghuys. Questions and deletion requests go to kyle@ksred.com.
What the cloud collects
- Account emails and names, and organisation names.
- Signup emails, with the optional agent and Postgres host you send, plus UTM parameters and the referrer.
- IP addresses in server logs and rate limiters.
- Held statement text, unless you set redaction to normalized or none. Also table names, row estimates, client application names, proxy hostnames, decisions, and outcomes.
- Billing data held by Stripe.
What is never collected
- Database credentials.
- Row data and snapshot contents.
- Bound parameter values.
- Queries that passed through without a hold.
Free installs send nothing. There is no licence check and no telemetry.
One caveat, also written on Security: with redaction full (the default on a linked proxy), held statement text is sent as written. A literal you typed into that statement leaves your machine inside the text. normalized replaces literals with $1 placeholders. none sends no statement text.
Sub-processors
- DigitalOcean: hosting for the site and the control plane.
- SendGrid: email, including the install command and approval mail.
- Stripe: billing for Pro and Team.
- Slack: only if you connect a workspace.
- Plausible: landing page analytics. The script loads from plausible.io. No cookie banner is required for that setup, and the pages do not set an analytics cookie.
Retention

Deletion
Delete an organisation from the dashboard, or email kyle@ksred.com from the account address. Say which email to erase. Signup rows on this site are deleted the same way.
The legal entity name and postal address are not final. Until they are, the operator named on this page is Kyle Redelinghuys.
